Bistro MD delivers chef-prepared, doctor-developed meals to your door and was the official meal provider for The Biggest Loser on NBC. While we've not tried these personally, it sounds like Bistro MD is supposed to be head and shoulders above some of the other pre-prepared food diets like Nutrisystem. The cost is also higher, of course, but is worth it if you can swing about $6-$8.50 per meal. I've also read of people ordering small amounts of Bistro MD to spice up a blander but cheaper diet systems, alternating meals between the two.
The cheapest plan is for 5 days a week, 3 meals a day (no snacks) for $130 (before the coupon). The Cadillac plan is for 7 days per week, 3 meals per day plus snacks for $180 per week before the coupon kicks in. Bon apetit.
