In life, sometimes two seemingly unrelated things cross paths, and surprisingly enough, end up playing an influential role on each other. It’s sorta like a Seinfeld episode.
Such is the case with today’s featured deals on the Xbox 360 Holiday Elite Bundle from Dell, and the Restaurant.com $25 Gift Certificates for $2 promotion.
If you’ve been holding out on the Xbox 360, well look no further. We all spend money on eating out, and being able to cut your final restaurant bill by $23 is certainly not insignificant. To get this special deal, just follow this link and click through to Restaurant.com, where you can choose from your favorite restaurants and print out gift certificates after using coupon code SURPRISE.
So with this logic, you can purchase the Xbox 360 Holiday Elite Bundle from Dell for just $319 at Dell using coupon code 9Q26N641C6QSDC. And $319 is the equivalent of 13.8695 trips to your favorite restaurants, equipped with your handy Restaurant.com gift certificate.
So with that, good luck selling your wife on this idea. Send her my way if she gives you any problems!
Enjoy!

Christmas is right around the corner, and stores are as aggressive as ever to get your business! Today, we’re going to tell you about 4 great sales going on at Sears, Toys R Us, Kohl’s, and Circuit City!
First, whether its for the kids, or the nieces and nephews in your family, or whoever else, check out Toys R Us Free Shipping Offer on select toys! This is a great way to go ahead and knock out that special gift for the little ones in our lives. Time to check that individual off your todo list!
Next up is the Kohl’s 2-Day Sale, where you can save up to 60% on many great items! These range from women’s clothing and accessories to men’s shirts, ties, sweaters, as well as kitchen gadgets. In short, just about every category of merchandise in the store is represented, so check it out and load up on some more holiday gifts.
And we all like electronics. Because of this, check out Circuit City’s 4-Day Early Bird sale! This is a great opportunity to save on items like HDTVs and more. If you’re in the market for a new HDTV, this is probably the time to buy. Don’t forget that the Super Bowl is right around the corner, and that’s generally the time when stores look to raise prices slightly to capitalize on the fact that many people are desperate to pick up a new TV for their Super Bowl party.
Finally, Sears has some great promotions going this weekend and into next week, but in particular, check out the Friends and Family event going on from 6pm tonight, Sunday, to 6am tomorrow, Monday. You can save an extra 10-20% on almost everything in the store.
Enjoy!

I can still remember my first guitar, a Fendor acoustic-electric, and the excitement I felt when I woke up that Christmas morning to play it for the first time. Sixteen years later, and I’m still strumming the ‘ole 6-string. Since then, I’ve added a few axes to my arsenal, including a PRS Custom 24 and a Martin acoustic.
I believe everyone needs a pasttime that spawns creativity and passion. Whether its artwork, writing a book, or playing a musical instrument, the creative juices that are involved with such an activity can help relieve stress and help us live happier, healthier lives.
With that in mind, check out Musician’s Friend’s Wall to Wall sale, where you can save up to 75% off instruments, amps, microphones, and more. Plus, use coupon code MF23 to save even more on select items (up to $75 off)!
For example, you can get this Fender Standard Stratocaster Electric Guitar for a sweet price of just $400, or 33% off the list price of $600. Or, if you really want to get serious, check out their sweet deal on a Gibson Les Paul Classic Electric Guitar for $1935, or 44% off the list of $3479.
For the first time guitarists, I recommend a good set of high quality ear plugs for the rest of the family, at least for the first 5-6 months. Or better yet, just get the rest of the family $25 restaurant gift certificates from Restaurant.com using coupon code HARVEST and they can just step out of the house whenever you pick up the axe…
Enjoy!

When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to continue their lifestyle of fine dining while the political and economic bands dissolve around them, the aforementioned group must turn to a higher power to maintain this lifestyle.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, and all must enjoy in the bounty of good food and drink without breaking their bank or worrying about economic turmoil.
Thus, I present as a call to action, to each and everyone of you, to partake of the delicious events that so many of us enjoy. Eat well, drink well, and be merry, for it shall only cost you $2.
We hereby proclaim that we shall institute a new regime, which is bound to the $25 gift certificates of Restaurant.com. We shall only pay $2 for said gift certificates, and we will enjoy the best dining our respective cities have to offer. To prove this, let the facts be submitted to a candid world by placing our favorite restaurants in our shopping cart and using coupon code TREATS at checkout.
Enjoy my fellow brethren, eat of the bounty of your favorite restaurant and toast the new world order. We are here to stay, and continue to enjoy our lifestyle despite the world around us! UNITE! Our day of judgment is upon us!

I guess it’s pretty obvious that the economy is affecting people’s ability to eat out on a regular basis. For the second time in as many months, Restaurant.com is running an insane promotion on restaurant gift certificates. Matching their all time best discount, they’re offering 92% off their $25 restaurant gift certificates.
Is this an act of desperation to get more people to eat out? Who cares, because the bottom line is, you can order $25 worth of entrees and drinks (typically alcohol isn’t covered) for $2, or roughly 92% off the price you would pay. Not a bad deal at all…
So with that, I’d expect you guys to hammer their site and load up on gift certificates. Just follow our link and search for restaurants in your area, and then at checkout, use coupon code EIGHTY. I’m thinking about adding some more gift certificates myself, even though I have about 10 different gift certificates saved up from the last $2 promotion they ran.
So check it out, and feel free to share your Restaurant.com experience!

The Dow has tanked around 40% off the high in less than a year. People are panicked, and looking for the escape hatch. Money is tight, people are worried about their jobs, and the future of our government is uncertain.
So if I haven’t sold you already on the deal of the day, then look at it this way. Money is tight, so why not do everything you can to save while not sacrificing your lifestyle and eating canned baked beans for the rest of your life?
Restaurant.com is helping us out in this tight economy by offering $25 restaurant gift certifcates for $3. You can search by zip code, town, etc. to find restaurants in your area which are eligible for a gift certificate purchase. Just use coupon code SAVE.
These certificates typically last a year, and generally speaking, they expect you to have a total bill that exceeds $35 (and alcohol expenses usually aren’t included). So that means that, for around $13, you can get $35 worth of dining experience out of it.
Have a good Friday!

What do AC/DC, Journey, Carlos Mencia, Coldplay, the Eagles, Metallica, Toby Keith, Madonna, and Jimmy Buffett have in common? Well, you might be inclined to say they’re all currently touring or about to start touring. That would be partially correct.
The truth is, while they are touring, they’re all eligible for a $15 discount off concert purchases coupon through RazorGator. Using coupon code FALLCNCRTS, you can save $15 off your concert ticket purchase.
You’ll have the next six weeks or so to cash in this coupon, because it expires 11/23.
The other great offer today comes from Dell, where they have an awesome promotion running on several video games spanning multiple platforms. You can get $10 off Crysis Warhead for the PC using coupon code SMSVQ8LNKKZSW6, or save $25 off Madden NFL 2009 for the PS3 with coupon code $BF6K8D$QHRXSC.
Other offers at Dell include savings on Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (Xbox 360 and PS3), Guitar Hero Aerosmith Bundle (Xbox 360 and PS3), Grand Theft Auto IV (PS3), and GRID (Xbox 360).
Enjoy!

Imagine being able to get a 73″ high definition television for your home theater? And imagine being able to pay under $2k for such a beast?
Well, for a limited time at TigerDirect, you can get the Mitsubishi 73″ WD-73736 DLP HDTV for just $1,999.99. With a list price of $3200, that’s over 1/3 off the list price for a 73″ 1080p HDTV!
Next on the list is the A-DATA 16GB C801 Classic Series USB Flash Drive from Meritline. For only $30 with free shipipng, you can save 25% off the regular list price of $40. With 16GB of memory in your pocket, you can carry several DVD-quality movies, or a nice sized collection of mp3s. This is great for work or anyone who’s always on the go, and needs access to multimedia or other types of data.
Finally, as we have come to expect once a month, Restaurant.com is having their 60% off sale, where you can save 60% off the already-discounted price on a $25 dining gift certificate to your favorite restaurant. We just used it the other day to try out a restaurant down the street from us, and with a bill over $40, the final price after coupon was around $17 I believe. Not bad at all!

As always, J&R is having their weekend sale, with prices slashed on several items. We’ve picked a few of the favorites and posted them on the site. To view all the latest promotions at J&R, you can scan through our list, or go through the Shop by Merchant tab at the top of the page. Or, just simply click the vendor name (J&R) by one of the deals, which will take you to the J&R Deals page.
Also, this weekend we’re featuring several great deals from OutInStyle.com. Some favorites include the Quick System Privacy Bathroom Tent With Shower. That’s right, a tent with a shower. And it’s only $100, or $300 off the retail price. I think you might have to turn in your man card if you need a shower while you’re camping, but usually camping involves a significant other who would probably be more inclined to go camping with a shower.
For your camping needs, OutInStyle.com also has the Forest Green Mummy Sleeping Bag for only $15, or 78% off the list price of $69.

For a limited time, McDonald’s is giving away a free southern style chicken sandiwch with the purchase of a regular or large drink. Somehow it ties into the Olympics, I’m not really sure, but regardless, it’s free food. Just fill out the form when you click through the link and take it from there.
If computers and electronics do more to curb your appetite, check out the offerings this week at Best Buy. For starters, they have the Dell Inspiron Laptop with Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor T2390 on sale for just $450, or $200 off the msrp. This laptop comes in with a customer rating of 4.8 stars after 33 reviews, and includes a dual core processor with a 15.4″ display.
Best Buy also has a sale on the Samsung Digimax 5.0MP Digital Camera. At only $100, it’s $250 off the list price of $350. It comes loaded as a 5MP camera, with image resolutions up to 2592×1944. The 4.8x optical zoom is a nice addition as well.
Finally, check out the Amcor 8,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner from Circuit City. It comes in at $140, or 60% off the msrp of 349. With a 4 star rating after 50 reviews, this portable air conditioner has an auto water drain feature, otherwise known as the Auto Drain NanoMist technology. I think that’s just a fancy way of saying it circulates the water that gets collected, but don’t quote me on that.
Enjoy!
