Standard Contest Rules
Unless otherwise specified, these are the standard rules for all contests and giveaways from Red Tag Media or BargainJack.com:
1. No purchase necessary.
2. The retail value of the contest prize is as stated on the contest entry form.
3. This competition is open to all residents of the United States, excluding employees of Red Tag Media and their families, or anyone connected with this contest.
4. Contestants must physically reside in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and other United States territories).
5. Contestants must be at least 18 years old.
6. Prizes are as offered, and no cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise specified.
7. All entries must be submitted by the contest closing date stated on the contest ballot or entry form.
8. No responsibility will be accepted for damaged or illegible entries, or entries which fail to arrive by the closing date.
9. Only one entry per household (unless otherwise specified).
10. Chances of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
11. Winners agree to let Red Tag Media use their name and likeness for photographs, film and print pieces tied to contest publicity and promotion without any additional consideration.
12. Winners will be selected either by Red Tag Media or by an outside party.
13. Winners will be contacted at the email and phone number recorded on their entry forms. Winners must respond within 3 business days or prizes may be forfeited.
14. Red Tag Media reserves the right to disqualify any entries.
15. It is a condition of entry that all entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
